Our Projects
Reversing Septic Pollution
Helping Suffolk County, NY reverse decades of nitrogen pollution from aging septic systems with Pugo Systems.
Addressing Climate Change
We conducted a greenhouse gas emissions inventory for the County of Santa Fe and identified ways to reduce emissions. We also assisted the City of Albuquerque in initial stages of their emissions inventory. We completed the first urban composting carbon credit project in New Mexico. We analyzed the greenhouse gas emissions reductions and job creation that adoption of a Clean Fuel Standard would produce, and we served as the State’s expert in support of the legislation.
Management Consulting, Public Affairs, & Economic Development Initiatives
Analyzing biomass to energy production and finding new uses for woody biomass in New Mexico. Supporting the legislative effort to adopt a Clean Fuel Standard. Working with start-up companies on their lifecycle analyses and grant applications. Working with a biofuels company on public outreach and site selection, and facilitating interactions with State regulators.
